nsphire uses a mutual match and in-app messaging system, similiar to the dating app Tinder.  You use the LinkedIn API to upload your profile.  The job search process works like this: if your are a candidate and an employer's job listing appeals to you, you swipe right.  If it doesn't, then you swipe left.  If you're an employer and a candidate profile appeals to you, then you swipe right; if it doesn't then you swip left. If both parties swipe right, thus creating a mutual match, the employer may open a chat box and begin a conversation.  That conversation will cost them 99 cents per candidate that they want to engage.
