Our lineage of award winning excellence started in 2007, when Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte’s Parts and Service Department received Best of the Best recognition for outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty and for meeting 100% technician and support employee training requirements.

In 2008, MBSC was again recognized as Best of the Best for our Parts and Service Department, but we were also awarded the Dealer Best of the Best Award.  To be the Best of the Best, a dealership has to demonstrate superior performance as well outstanding customer service.  In our first year, we achieved more than other established dealerships in Charlotte.

Our commitment to excellence was once again rewarded in 2009 when we retained the title of the Best of the Best.  In 2010, we recaptured Best of the Best recognition for our Parts and Service Department, as well as the Dealer Best of the Best Award. Being the Best of the Best validates Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte’s commitment in providing the highest level of customer care.
