Since 2001 MeoowzResQ has been rescuing unwanted cats and kittens
saved from shelters throughout California. Since 2009 MeoowzResQ has been designated as a 501(c )(3)nonprofit rescue.

MeoowzResQ has over 100 volunteers and almost 400 foster kittens and cats in their fostering system. The rescue supplies all medical treatment, food, litter and miscellaneous supplies to the fosters. In order for MeoowzResQ to be able to support such a system, they rely on donations from adoptions and other private donations.
