Her specialized training in abuse, addictions and psychophysiology have prepared her for extensive work with optimization of performance and attention. Using these skills, she is particularly passionate about guiding clients through complex life transitions and crises.
As a life long meditator and spiritual seeker, Dr. Russell is opening her practice to include mentorship for high functioning individuals experiencing a spiritual crisis. The pain and fear experienced privately by these individuals is often treated as an illness. Mercy has the background to discriminate the turmoil of spiritual uncertainty in the midst of symptoms of emotional distress.
Mercy hosts a weekly radio show, the Remarkable Relationships Show with Mercy Russell, on 1150 KKNW which produces a podcast and YouTube video. She interviews a wide variety of individuals about important relationships in their lives, answers listener live and emailed questions.
