My philisophy is to listen to your wants and needs of your new home, what your family desires are, how your family uses your space at home and the type of community you would feel comfortable to call home. Many new builder have very inovative floors plans for today's active and connected families. I am here to help desipher all the floor plans, the actual included features, which home site to select, how long you'll be in the area and your commute to your work location.
Having been stationed CONUS in the US ARMY, we have moved around from coast to coast. Retiring in the the Washington, DC Metro area and Stafford, Virginia was the best choice for us. We have slugged to work, taken VRE and did the long commutes and understand how to get around Washington, DC. With so many things to do in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC - This area is a great place to share with your families and guest that will all want to visit you once your home! My other passion beside new homes is photography. I enjoy natural lighting photography and the outooors! So once you move in I'd love to take a family photo of you and your new home!
I have had the experience of working for National, Regional and local builders for the past eight years and know the New Homes Process. Most REALTORS only do a few New Homes contracts per year, where this is all I have done! Many buyers do not realize that the builders pay the REALTORS commission and not the buyer - so nothing out of your pocket. Also the Builders SIte Representatives works for the builder - NOT YOU - so why not use a services of a REALTOR that is specialized in New Homes?
