MI ("my") Partner Health offers comprehensive, team-based primary care in a membership model. We provide a variety of care options, including primary care, functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, concierge medicine, and behavioral health.

In our direct primary care model there are no copays for visits as they are included in the membership, and we don't accept insurance. We offer same-day or next-day appointments, longer appointments, and lower costs on labs and imaging. Our model includes in-person and telemedicine visits, phone consultations, and secure messaging.
