Our mission is to provide support and financial assistance to families with critically-ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; and to enhance the well-being of women, children and their families through education, prevention and medical care.
We strive to be a resource for families with babies in the NICU while also communicating the importance of fitness and nutrition on preterm birth and development. We have seen families’ lives turned upside down as they rise to the challenge of caring for a premature or sick newborn that must spend time in the NICU. In the face of dealing with the uncertainty associated with the prognosis of their child’s outcome, parents of these patients often face severe financial hardships, such as losing their homes and even their livelihoods.
This is why we need to help. Miracle Babies is a non-profit organization supported by volunteers, many of whom are parents of prematurely born children. There are numerous ways to help, whether it’s by volunteering your time or making a donation.
