Mizu was founded by professional snowboarder, Jussi Oksanen (four-time X Games medalist, three-time US Open medalist and Olympic athlete), and world-renowned “Movie of the Year” snowboard cinematographer, Brad Kremer, in order to drastically reduce the plastic bottle trail that followed them on their travels. The action sports lifestyle is unique, and Mizu bottles have become the reusable bottle of choice. The bottles are made from food-grade quality stainless steel – the strongest and safest material for drinking bottles – to demonstrate that reducing waste while remaining true to one’s style is possible.
