Missouri Home Tours has been operating as a professional real estate photography business in Paciifc, MO since 2009. I work with real estate agents, commercial builders, for sale by owners and anyone needing quality photographs of their property for the purpose of advertisements.

My main goal is to take high quality photographs and get them to you as fast as possible.

I work primarily in the St. Louis, Missouri area and also service many areas throughout Franklin County, Missouri.

In order to streamline my processes, I load all my photographs to my Dropbox account and often have images available to you the very same day as the shoot.
I offer competitive rates stating at only $85 and do not charge for travel. I also offer videography services starting at $125.

Day of the Shoot

There are a few things that you should keep in mind when scheduling/preparing for the day of your home photography. First, you should take note at which times the sun looks best brightening the exterior of your home. Next, it is important that your home has curb appeal. This factor will translate to the images of your home. Finally, remove the clutter. Keep in mind, when deciding what to have or not in your photograph, that the goal is for others to imagine what they can do with the spaces available. Having a lot of your personal effects will make it hard to give the feeling that this can potentially be a home for their family.

The typical home photography session last anywhere from 1.5 to 2.0 hours.

During my visit, I will photograph all main parts of the home and add more detail when requesting more images.

I then edit all images at home using the latest software for color, sharpness, white balance to assure you get the best images possible.

When completed, I send all images as a Dropbox link to files formatted for the MLS and for print media. Please be prepared to pay at the time of the photo session. I take check, credit cards, or cash. I scan your credit card with my smartphone using Square.
