MonSTARS Athletics is a sports performance service and training academy.  We host club teams that compete at various tournaments across the map as well as provide targeted personal training, to all sports, that answers the needs of the modern athlete.

As the competition heats up you'll be happy that you prepared with some of the best and most knowledgeable trainers in the business.

Currently we are offering training and club teams that serve San Luis Obispo county (SLO).  We use various gyms across the county including gyms in Morro Bay, Los Osos, San Luis Obispo and surrounding areas.
