Swedish Fit is a fitness class which has been developped with the help of both physiotherapists and Swedish doctors. During a one-hour workout, we work all the major muscle groups in the body, alternating between cardio and body strengthening exercises, and finishing with 20 minutes of stretching and relaxation., The movements we use are simple - the choreography easy to follow - and all the music chosen carefully to make sure you have FUN working out and getting fit!
