About |
myStoria is a Canadian, patient-owned personal health record app that works for the patient. Only the patient.
Your health history is split across your family doctor, your specialists, the hospital, the imaging centre and the lab. Each one keeps notes on its own piece, and nobody is responsible for the whole thing. myStoria brings it together in one place, then helps you understand it and act on it.
How it works:
One timeline of your health history. Upload the records, lab results, imaging reports, prescriptions and insurance details you already have, plus your own notes and symptoms. myStoria organizes all of it into one timeline that gets more complete every time you add something.
AI that reads all of it. myStoria's AI reads everything you bring in and organizes it, so your full picture is in one place.
A Concierge team that chases what's missing. When records are missing, the myStoria Concierge team requests them from your providers for you, so you don't have to call one office at a time.
Medical Insiders on your side. Medical Insiders are trained professionals and real people. They help you make sense of a result, figure out what kind of doctor to see next, and walk into your next call or appointment knowing exactly what to ask. Medical Insider support is $20 USD a month.
You own it. myStoria maintains your health history. You own it.
Who it's for:
myStoria started in fertility care and now supports every health journey, including women's health, perimenopause, men's health, chronic conditions, and people who don't have a diagnosis yet and just know something is wrong. It's also built for anyone coordinating care across several specialists, whether for themselves or someone they love.
About the company:
myStoria was founded by Jessica Chalk after six years of fertility treatment and is headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario. The company's seed round was led by Graphite Ventures.
The myStoria app is free to download on iOS and Android in Canada and the U.S. Learn more at mystoria.com.
