Nano Gas™ Technologies - A Profound Investment Opportunity.
Recycling oil industry wastewater, recovering oil and water.

With the right technology, recovering oil and removing solids from oil industry wastewater is faster, easier, and smarter than disposing water into salt water disposal wells (SWD’s).  Nano Gas has developed a highly efficient water recycling technology focused on oil industry wastewater.  Nano Gas is deploying its solution in the field right now.  It's a $36-billion-dollar global opportunity and your personal way to profit from record US oil production without ever sinking pipe in the ground.  Nano Gas is the fast, easy, and cost efficient way to recover valuable oil and heavy water.

The Water Challenge
For every barrel of oil produced in the US, seven barrels of oily wastewater surfaces.  That "waste" still contains lots of oil and useable water but it's been considered too expensive to separate.  Producers dispose of water in SWD’s.  900 earthquakes in Oklahoma were connected to this activity in 2015.  Some states have banned SWD’s altogether.

Fast Technology
Nano Gas Technologies uses tiny nanometer scale bubbles in oily water to separate the oil (hydrocarbons) and drop out solid materials very quickly enabling the water to be recycled.

Oil separates from water in just minutes, instead of waiting “all day” by using gravity to settle and separate the two.

With 30,000 times more surface area than regular course bubbles, Nano Gas “wins” on speed and separation efficiency. It offers a disruptive technology stopping the practice of throwing away still valuable oil in wastewater disposal channels.

The Opportunity - Taking Over a $36 Billion Global Market
Technology disrupts markets.  Nano Gas is disrupting wastewater disposal in the Texas oil industry.  Texas oil producers pay tipping fees to haul away water containing $6 billion worth of "waste oil” and water.  Haulers pay salt water disposal well owners to pump the water into the earth.  That's the prime starter market for Nano Gas - local, large and in need of improvement.

Waste Disposal Water – Record Levels
Unconventional shale oil drilling is reshaping the landscape of how and where oil is produced.  The US has become the largest oil and gas producer in the world in just eight short years. The industry generates over 60 million barrels of oily wastewater per day.  Today's waste is Nano Gas' future revenue.  It's estimated that $36 billion worth of heavy water and oil is waiting to get recycled from all that oily wastewater globally (and that's at today's lower prices for oil).

Status – Nano Gas has signed our first contract at Permian Disposal Services in West Texas and has interest from multi-billion dollar oil and gas majors and chemical companies.   Nano Gas has received letters of intent from 3 companies for up to 35 water disposal locations processing over 100,000 barrels of water per day worth up to $33 million.  The company was a 2013 semi-finalist in the Cleantech Open and recently won the POW! Competition sponsored by Veolia and the Water Council.

Revenue Model
Nano Gas provides a treatment service for the owner of waste water.  Owners includes haulers, processing plants and drillers.  Nano Gas attaches its proprietary mobile oil recovery plant to its partner’s processing systems.  The partners sell the recovered oil and water for cash and split the revenue stream with Nano Gas.  When the deal is done, the mobile plant is moved to the next profit opportunity.

Business Model
Nano Gas builds and owns the mobile treatment systems with its proprietary supersaturation equipment.  The technology also easily scales to handle the processing of several hundred thousand barrels daily.
