Nationally known and recognized, Natural High engages culturally relevant storytellers — athletes, artists, musicians, designers — who kids admire and trust. Natural High creates videos of these storytellers, as well as discussion topics and activities that can be used by educators and parents. Research shows that when young people find their true passions — those activities that uplift, motivate, and inspire them — and are supported in these choices by family, friends, school, and community, they are more likely to avoid drugs and alcohol.
To date, Natural High has reached eight million tweens and teens nationwide, and its videos and activities have been used by parents, coaches, teachers, and youth support organizations who have tapped into the free program.
Natural High supports educators and parents by offering the following resources throughout the year. Online access to FREE, research-based and award-winning content consisting of:
• Powerful videos from celebrity and athlete influencers
• Easy-to-use playlists for use in classrooms, after-school programs, and at home
• Discussion questions and activities that support educators, mentors, and parents to begin critical conversations around the importance of prevention
• Common core and NHES aligned resources to use with middle and high school students
