Northern Rivers Family Services

Northern Rivers Family Services was formed in 2012 to provide leadership and direction to both Parsons and to Northeast Parent & Child Society. Drawing on the strengths of existing Parsons and Northeast leadership, Northern Rivers provides Training, Quality & Compliance, Development, Communications, Strategic Planning, HR, Finance, Facilities and IT services to its affiliate agencies which serve more than 14,000 children and family members every year throughout New York State.
