The Network Journal is a quarterly print and online business magazine for Black professionals and business owners founded in 1993 and is dedicated to educating and empowering its readers by:

I-Providing news and commentary on issues that affect the growth of business and the advancement of professionals in the workplace.

II-Featuring successful entrepreneurs and professionals who offer insights on business- and career-building strategies.

III-Highlighting business and career trends in key industries.

IV-Providing information on valuable resources in the government, corporate and non-for-profit sectors.

Each issue of TNJ also contains articles on technology, health, personal finance and entertainment.

In addition to the magazine, TNJ hosts two signature annual events that honor professionals in the business world through its: 25 Influential Black Women in Business Luncheon (March); and the 40 Under Forty Achievement Awards Dinner (June).
