NTPR is a subsidiary of ELEV8 Entertainment Group and has grown to a team of professionals that service independent artists.  Established in 2005 through the union of four top public relations experts in San Joaquin Valley, CA, NTPR relocated to the east coast in 2014 and catapulted to game changer.
