All the transformation carried out through the OpenExO community is in relation to the Exponential Organizations Framework outlined in the Book, Exponential Organizations. The ExO framework/Model consists of 11 attributes to allow organizations to leverage the exponential opportunities available to us all.

The first attribute is the Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP), all organizations need to have and MTP. Next there are 5 attributes (SCALE) that allow you to tap into the abundance that exists outside of your organizations and 5 attributes (IDEAS) that allow you to manage this abundance.

The SCALE Attributes are: Staff on Demand, Community and Crowd, Algorithms, Leveraged Assets and Engagement.

The IDEAS Attributes are: Interfaces, Dashboards, Experimentation, Autonomy and Social.

This framework has resulted in the ExO Canvas as well at the 10 week ExO Sprint and other solutiosn that organizations can implement to build organizations that are ready for the 21st century.
