Operation MCP assists veterans and service members with résumé writing and interview preparation to transition them from the military to the civilian workforce.
Operation MCP specializes in crafting professional résumés and cover letters that are specific to your desired position and display your personal skills and experience. We take our time with you during our scheduled phone consultations to prepare, review and deliver a well-written résumé.
Operation MCP focuses on interview techniques. We will teach you the best way to answer many tough questions. We will also teach you how to handle different interviewer styles.
You will learn how to handle a wide range of situations, including nervous, confrontational or bored interviewers. Additional training will include: developing thoughtful questions, appropriate introductions, salary negotiation techniques, proper interview attire, as well as important steps to take after the interview.
