OpusViz, a new Indian tech startup offering web and mobile based work flow management solutions for SMEs and Large Enterprises, was launched by NCR based tech entrepreneur Mohd Shahid who has been running a web & mobile development firm for last 11 years with Ms. Dipasri Paul who has been working with him for last 4 years in March, 2014. The duo has developed sales automation products for different industries with a small team of five. According the Founder, “Most sales automation products have two major limitations, first they are web based solutions while sales staff is off the road most of the time, second they try to offer one general solution for all industries while B2B marketing and distribution sales have different work flow and different needs. In OpusViz we have launched two different mobile based products for both these segments.”
Sales Force Automation - For B2B field sales staff who can access product catalog, manage and update enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order booking from their Smartphone while the managers can manage the sales team, work flow and complete sales cycle through admin panel.
Distribution Channel Sales Management - For frontline sales people who can access product catalog, schemes & offers, dealer network, order booking and inventory from their Smartphone while managers can manage the whole sales process and channel through their admin panel with different access level.
“Our Software is not just a tool, it’s a complete solution to manage the complete workflow including Contact Management, Lead management, Employee Management and Report Generation.”, says Dipasri regarding their products. Both these products are being offered on SAAS model where clients can pay nominal monthly charges per user. For big corporate clients both products can be customized and integrated with their ERPs. Initially both products are available for android OS which is the most affordable and widely used device among frontline sales people. Soon iPhone and Windows apps will be launched.
