About

The OSHA 10 course is designed for construction workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA 10 is available for construction or general industry professionals.

OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach DOL course completion card.  Over 1.3 million people have received their OSHA 10 cards and the course is now mandatory in seven states.

HR Training University's online courses have been reviewed and accepted by OSHA for online distribution.  Our live courses and video conferences are all taught by OSHA authorized trainers and most are available in English and Spanish.
