With offices in the USA and Malta, The OTS Foundation is a the premier link between the USA and the prehistoric heritage of the islands of Malta and Gozo. the monumental architectural and artistic achievement of which offers a nearly complete window on the pivotal Neolithic era.  
A registered provider of educational programming for Road Scholar (formerly Elderhostel) since 1995,  OTSF non-profit cultural tourism to Malta has channeled numerous philanthropic benefits back to the islands.  OTSF introduced a program of continuing education for the American Institute of Architects, helped back-breed prehistoric cattle, set up visiting university lecturers, funded the University of Malta's Archaeology Laboratory and sponsored its first PhD graduate in Archaeology, has been consulted for television documentary film producers in the USA and Europe, and produced a lecture for the Smithsonian Institute Associates.
The independent institution has organized a series of innovative and highly regarded international multi-disciplinary conferences.
