Otter Learning, a best-in-class network of early childhood education schools focused on social and academic success, announced today the successful acquisition of Growing Tree Learning Center and Kids in the Country from Migas Investment Holdings. The acquisition increases Otter Learning's presence in the Orlando market and grows the Company's Florida-based licensed capacity to nearly 400 students.

The Otter Learning team is excited to expand upon each school's legacy of offering premium educational childcare to the communities of Casselberry and St. Cloud and looks forward to continuing the schools' Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten and School Readiness programs.

The team at Otter Learning plans to invest in teacher and staff development, facility upgrades and technology to bolster the student educational experience and parent engagement process. Otter Learning has partnered with Brightwheel, the leading childcare management software, to manage daily parent interaction, scheduling and tuition payments.
