About

PackSealer is the UK's multi-brand heat sealing specialist, based in Solihull in the West Midlands. Since 2001 we have helped UK businesses choose, run and repair the right sealing machine for the job.

We recommend by application, not by brand. Our range covers eight manufacturers: Hulme Martin, Audion, Lavezzini, Star Universal, Optimax, Valdamark, Monmouth Scientific and our own PackSealer range. That is more than 40 models, plus the consumables that keep them running.

What we supply:
- Heat sealers: impulse, constant heat and continuous band sealers, from 200mm bench units to 900mm floor-standing machines.
- Vacuum packers: chamber and external vacuum sealers for food, medical and industrial use.
- Spares and consumables: elements, PTFE tape, sealing kits and cutter blades for all the major brands we stock.
- Packaging supplies: polythene bags, vacuum pouches, shrink film and specialist packaging.
- Cleanrooms: portable and modular cleanroom enclosures for pharmaceutical, medical and food production.
- Wrapping and strapping: pallet wrap, strapping tools, shrink wrapping equipment and banding machines.

Sealing 50 bags a day in a craft kitchen is a different job to 5,000 on a production line, so we start with what you are sealing. Send us a sample of your bag material and we will test it free of charge, then recommend the right machine for your application and throughput. Not sure where to start? Our two-minute assessment asks a few easy questions and gives one straight answer.

We sell, fix and test machines in our Solihull workshop, and we service and repair what we sell. Stock items ship from our Solihull warehouse, where we hold the common machines and spares, so you are rarely left waiting.

We serve food producers, coffee roasters, bakeries, e-commerce fulfilment teams, craft businesses, medical and laboratory users, and production lines across the UK. We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
