Pandr also hosts a non-profit organization, Ladies Who Paint, which serves to raise awareness towards the gender misrepresentation within the artistic industry and support funding for local charities that help women in the community. While dedicated to its mission, Ladies Who Paint is a pending 501(c)(3) organization that will be hosting a mural festival in San Diego, October 2019. The mural festival will lead to the installation of 10 murals from the best female muralists in the industry located in the popular East Village district of San Diego's downtown area.
