1. The Fearless Facilitator - Focuses on how to design, prepare and lead engaging and effective events and helps leaders to learn the skills and techniques needed to increase engagement, reduce derailment and deliver successful outcomes at their events.
2. The Fearless Presenter - Focuses on crafting and delivering powerful, persuasive presentations and helps leaders to learn the skills and techniques to increase their impact and influence while also reducing objections and persuading their audience to take action. The leader also learns how to deal with Q&A without fuss.
3. Fearless Relationships - Focuses on developing a powerful connection with others at any level and helps leaders to learn the skills and techniques to build trusting relationships quickly and in an authentic way.
4. Fearless Teams - Focuses on building high-performing teams and helps leaders to learn the skills and techniques required to create a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, leveraging the different skills, backgrounds and experiences of the team to achieve collective goals.
All of these focus areas can be tailored to fit a leader's need to achieve success either face-to-face or virtually.
