IT Freelancer was founded in 2013 by Paul Tovey. Based In Hertfordshire, I offer Website Design, Search Engine Optimization and IT support services to local, national and international clients. IT Freelancer is owned, operated and funded by me and any profits I can make from business. As I work from home, my rates are low and the work quality is all the same as a regular business.
