Peonies and Prose is a small woman-owned publishing press. It's founder, Sandi Duverneuil, created Peonies and Prose as a means to elevate authors not typically given the opportunity to publish their work.
After publishing her first collection of poetry, Dragonfly Dances: Poetic Musings on Life, Duverneuil through Peonies and Prose decided to sponsor the inaugural poetry contest, Threads of Connection.
