In 1990, Ray Salti and his family opened the first Pepperoni's, committed to serving high-quality New York-style pizza and positively impacting the community. This dedication started with collaborating with a California farm for premium tomatoes and extended to using untreated flour for their dough, along with partnerships for gluten-free, vegan options, innovative salads, buffalo wings, and desserts. Both initiatives continue to today. Over the years, a streamlined business model had been developed addressing challenges like high real estate costs and increasing labor expenses. From 2014 to 2019, this new model proved successful, leading to the introduction of Pepperoni's as a franchise in 2019.
