We offer individualized and customized fitness programs in a private, semi-private, and group environment. We have two basic personal training programs to choose from. The first program that we offer is our private and semi-private training. A majority of our clients will choose this option because it provides them with the individualized attention they need to reach their health and fitness goals. They receive a customized program every step of the way to help them with their nutrition and exercise programs based on the fit fundamental philosophy.
The second program we offer is our small group training classes. Our classes are taught based on the principles of metabolic conditioning and high intensity interval training so clients receive the benefits of cardio training while they are lifting weights. The classes are designed specifically to accommodate clients at different fitness levels and with different goals. Clients not only receive the benefits of individual programming but also get to workout in a fun and uplifting group environment.
