Data Security:-
PikMyKid leverages state-of-the-art technologies to ensure the highest level of data security. All data is securely and exclusively hosted in ISO 27001, FERPA-compliant data centers. Redundant, enterprise-grade firewalls are in place to prevent unauthorized access.
PikMyKid is served only via HTTPS. All application data is transmitted using the TLS 1.2 (256-bit SSL) protocol. Session tokens are invalidated after 45 minutes of inactivity. Passwords are never stored in plain text: they are hashed using a one-way salt to ensure they cannot be read from the database. Even the PikMyKid team cannot read your passwords (though we’re happy to assist you should you need them reset).
