Pittsburgh NFL League is Western Pennsylvania's premier youth flag football organization, proudly serving families across Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Monroeville, and Plum since 2004. As the 2024 NFL Flag League of the Year winner, we are recognized nationally for our commitment to youth development, community impact, and excellence in flag football programming.

- Rookie League (Ages 4-6) - Introduction to flag football for preschool and kindergarten players
- Coed Divisions (Ages 7-14) - Competitive play in a supportive environment
- All-Girls Leagues (Ages 7-17) - Empowering female athletes through football
- High School Girls Flag Football - Preparing athletes for varsity competition
- Elite Travel Teams - Competitive regional and national tournament play
