Playvox

Playvox is a global company that is recognised as the leading software provider in workforce optimisation and engagement.

The idea for the company arose from the founder Oscar Giraldo, who started his career as a software developer where he visited a contact centre in Chile in 2011. Surprised by the energy within the contact centre, he discussed the challenges of managing employees with the centre’s manager which highlighted motivating staff to reduce turnover as a key area to address.

This led to the initial idea of Playvox, which was to automatically recognise when agents showcase good behaviour, add gamification techniques, and give agents scores to help motivate them.
