How It All Started?
My husband and I began thinking about the concept for Poshhaus when we noticed a real need in the home improvement retail business for customer product guidance and exceptional follow through in customer service. For most people, home improvement is a stressful, hectic, crazy ordeal. Believe me, I know from personal experience how stressful home improvement and renovation can be. After 10 years in the home improvement business, I finally got to experience home improvement firsthand. My husband and I purchased a foreclosed home originally built in the 1920’s and oversaw a full renovation to bring the home into the current age with all the luxury and technology to fit our budget. Product selection is great, but it can also be overwhelming. We found that all the products we had offered to our customers were quite a challenge to select and layout in our own home remodel. Buying a product for your home involves more than just adding it to your cart and checking out. Every home project has its own set of design, space, and technical requirements. There is the right product for every project. When the wrong product is selected it can create a domino effect, costing time and money. We are here to help you find that product and get it right the first time.

Customer Service, We’ve Got It!
We found how truly important reliable and accurate customer service can be during a home improvement project. Many projects are time sensitive and product delivery needs to fit not only your schedule but your designer, contractor, plumber, electrician, etc. If a delivery delay or product damage/defect occur, fast and accurate resolutions are imperative to your projects success. My husband and I have direct customer involvement and no sale or issue is to small for our attention. We hope to provide every customer exceptional service.
