Pressing The Issue is a Web site that was created out of the need to educate the general public about the issues involving substance abuse and consequences to health from substance abuse.  The author / publisher is a recovering Heroin Addict, Cocaine Addict, as well as an Alcoholic.  The author also has Hepatitis C-1a, which is the most virulent strain of the disease.  As a victim of these circumstances, the publisher is able to answer most any question and give out advice that can save another person a lot of time and trouble in the process of trying to get back on track and healthy again.
