Incredible Growth
Proclaimers was started by Bob Gordon in the early 1990s; experienced some difficulties after Bob’s sudden death in 1998 and was set to close in 2003 until a new couple Tom and Denise Rawls were appointed as Senior Ministers. In 2004, Proclaimers left Drayton Hall and relocating their Sunday services to the Ramada Jarvis Hotel. Since then, the average Sunday attendance has grown from around 150 to 550-600 every weekend.
