Quality Control Procedure:
(I) Your order form will be translated into Chinese after receiving. K Brothers Team will ask you questions or ask for your confirmation if anything unclear. After being translated, the order form will be re-checked by another member to see whether this order contains complete elements for a wig.
(II) Your wigs will be produced in the workshop and strict inspection for quality throughout all the production processes.
(III) Before shipment, the quality control department and sales department will double-check the wig to insure every wig meet the quality standard and your reuqirement. We will never let out of the factory any unit with even a minor flaw
