Exceptional customer service.
A seasoned technician and his young apprentice were very polite, clean and knowledgable. The young apprentice seemed very receptive to the seasoned gentlemans vast knowledge of how to get wires through my house. They were very contious of my belongings taking good care not to damage what needed to be moved. They cleaned up as they went along and left my house cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend this company!

The best decision I ever made!
I had an ADT burglar alarm system in my house and when it went off, nobody ever called or came to the house to see what had happened. I later found out that I had been paying $35 per month for nothing!! When I called Quality CCTV, they were prompt and very professional. It has been over a year now since I got rid of ADT and every time the alarm is set off now, a local central station calls to see what's wrong. I pay less per month and get better service too. I highly recommend Quality CCTV Systems.
