PFDright - In order to meet the SIL determined for the Instrumented Function, Probability of Failure of the Function needs to be calculated. The probability of failure depends on failure rate of devices which make up the Instrumented Function. PFDright calculates the Probability of failure of the Elements and the total Function in order to meet the determined SIL. The tool performs the calculations based on failure rate integration method. The tool considers minimum, mean and maximum failure rates and addresses failure rate uncertainty. The product is designed by experts who have decades of experience in Functional Safety.

AlaRm - Alarms if not managed properly can result in alarm flooding distracting the attention of plant operators during upset conditions. Incident reports have shown that alarm flooding as one the main reason for major accidents. AlaRm® program helps in alarm classification, risk based rationalization and serves as master alarm database. For process alarms the program provides a sketch with operating window and limits. The tool classifies the alarms so that they can be grouped and treated accordingly. In AlaRM® tool the priority is fixed based on time Vs consequence. Alarm, alert, prompt and status selections possible. AlaRm® assigns test frequencies and shelving times. As the end product, AlaRm® provides overview as well as detailed study report for further engineering.

ICSsecure - Nowadays industrial control systems are connected to enterprise IT networks and are vulnerable to cyber-attacks. ICSsecure® program helps determine the security levels (SL) as required by the standards and best practices, in order to design mitigations and counter measures. The tool is designed to perform zone/conduit wise threat cum vulnerability analysis to determine the SL-T requirement based on attack consequence.
