Our Mission

We began in 1981, when our founder began selling insurance independently along with a few close associates in Arizona. In 2006 the enterprise expanded, forming RB Insurance Group, LLC (RBI). Today RBI is a National Marketing Organization focused on Medicare related products.

Maximum Commission Amount – We pay the maximum CMS allowable commissions for Medicare Advantage plans and street level for Medicare Supplements. Medicare Supplement commissions vary by carrier from 17% - 21% of annual premium. Most carriers pay commissions directly to you. Working with RB Insurance Group costs you nothing in commission and provides you with additional support and benefits instead of going direct with the carrier.
Fast Track Appointment Service – We eliminate 90% of the contracting paperwork to represent all of our carriers with our Fast-Track Appointment Service! Complete this single set of paperwork and our contracting team will fill out and submit over 14 different carrier contracts at your request! Fill out less paperwork and spend more time selling with RBI!
Every 5 Sales Drive – A special marketing program where you earn a $125 marketing credit for every 5 MA sales you submit under RBI. These credits roll over month-to-month. For example, if you write 50 MA policies during AEP, RBI will give you $1,250 in marketing support that you can use to purchase leads, flyers, Direct Mail campaigns, etc. This credit is available for anything you need to market your business in the Agent Market Edge.
AHIP Certification Reimbursement – We partner with you to cover the costs of your AHIP certification. When you follow our link to take the AHIP certification, you receive $50 off the cost up front. Then, when your first 5 MA policies become effective, we reimburse you the remaining $125.
Medicare Sales Engine– We have created our own CRM system for managing leads and clients in a compliant way. This tool helps you to manage your potential leads, current clients, take notes, track commissions, set appointments and had a built in drip campaign system. This system also has a built-in live-chat feature where you can ask our own licensed agents any of your questions, in real time. This system was built by agents, for agents, and no other FMO has a CRM system like it!
Wholesale Pricing on Print + Fulfillment – We own our own print and fulfillment company called Touchstone Marketing, so we’re able to offer our print services to contracted agents at cost. We are able to meet or beat the cost of sending mailers or informational flyers, and we can work with you to design compliant pieces that are specific to your business. We don’t make money by selling you mailers or other marketing collateral, we only make money if you’re making sales.
Extensive Carrier List – We work with National and Regional carriers in over 36 different states, including most Medicare Supplement carriers.
Seasoned Sales Staff – Our sales staff has over 50 years of combined experience in the Medicare insurance industry and Charlie Ferrell, our National Sales Manager, has over 1500 enrollments under his belt. This is a significant knowledge base for you, and we are available across platforms including phone calls, email, webinars, and live chat on our CRM system.
On-staff Compliance Director – We have a dedicated Compliance Director on staff, available to answer any questions in real time, to protect both you and your clients.
