About |
Founded in Milan in 2011 and currently based in Miami Beach, RDM Records is an independent sanctuary for autonomous creative research and an interdisciplinary center for high-level study in sound, philosophy, and technological cultural logic. Led by Romina Daniele—vocalist, composer, and multimedia philosopher—the label operates as a vanguard for avant-garde inquiry, where experimental vocalism serves as a primary device for cognitive and epistemological study.
Through its flagship projects, the Electroacoustic Research Hub and the Arts and Technologies technical-scientific periodical, the institution bridges the gap between independent artistic practice and academic discourse. We investigate the 'Spannung' (tension) inherent in human existence—reclaiming the signal from the noise through a synthesis of high-theory electronic composition and the soulful grit of interdisciplinary avant-garde art.
RDM Records manages an extensive catalog of original works and reviews investigating the radical shifts from analog to digital paradigms. By fostering an international community of composers, theorists, and media archaeologists, we continue to document the evolution of contemporary soundscapes and the epistemological foundations of modern art. Our work is a linguistic and morphological exploration of sound masses, intended to restore the authenticity of the human act by unhinging traditional narratives through a rigorous sound philosophy.
Core Focus Areas:
