Set up in 1989, Red Letter Days pioneered the concept of giving unforgettable experiences as gifts. The idea really caught people's imaginations and Red Letter Days has gone from strength to strength. Today we offer hundreds of experiences in the UK and abroad; an unrivalled choice with something to suit every taste, occasion and budget.

Our experiences range from those that make everyday life a little bit more special – like a few hours of being pampered at a luxury spa – to experiences that are genuinely once in a lifetime – like our incredible North Pole Fly In.

And experiences aren't just for individuals. Many are offered for two people to enjoy together, while some are perfect for bigger groups. We also provide great corporate solutions for some of the UK's biggest companies, and work alongside our overseas co-partners as founder members of the new Global Experience Alliance.

Our joint owners, Peter Jones and Theo Paphitis, are both big names from big companies. Both elite entrepreneurs in their own right, Peter Jones is Chairman of Phones International Group and has many other business interests from media and TV to property and publishing. Theo Paphitis is Chairman and Chief Executive of Ryman, Contessa and Partners as well as non-executive director of La Senza. And you might just recognise their faces from BBC2's popular business investment series 'Dragons' Den'!
