We believe that knowledge workers should be able to focus on high value activities, leaving the repetitive and inefficient tasks to the machines. That’s why reDock CEO Pierre-Olivier Charlebois left a dream job with international game developer Ubisoft in 2008 to build a company (Koneka) that could make a difference in how we use technology.  Pierre-Olivier saw that more often than not, knowledge workers were constrained, rather than enabled, by technology and an ever increasing volume of content.  That the world’s best technologies were being used for entertainment while knowledge workers struggled with repetitive, inefficient tasks.

We didn’t set out to disrupt the RFP/Proposal world by applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate proposal creation.  We delivered a number of innovative projects that leveraged AI over the first two years and, in 2012, we were engaged to build a legal document engineering platform. During that process, it became clear to us that the underlying platform could been enhanced to redefine how large, complex documents could be created and managed.  Two years later, a meeting with the COO of a local Management Consulting firm led us to a project that would dramatically streamline and accelerate the response to public sector RFPs, and the seeds for reDock for Bids were planted.

Three years and thousands of hours of R&D later, we’ve completed our evolution from a custom development shop to a SaaS business model, deployed reDock for Bids in some of the top IT Consulting, IT Staffing and Management Consulting firms in North America, delivered the first AI-driven Bid Acceleration platform, and rebranded our company as reDock.

In the process, we’ve quadrupled our customer base and tripled our size, attracting amazing talent, top-drawer developers and AI specialists mixing with a Customer Success Team comprised of Proposal Experts from the IT Consulting, IT Staffing and Management Consulting space.
