Resources Unlimited & de Bono Consulting is a global training and consulting firm founded in 1976 by President Barbara Stennes, CSP.

Since 1980 Barbara has conducted training sessions or facilitated meetings with 70,000 people throughout North America, South America, and Europe. Barbara is known for down-to-earth, practical solutions to business issues including team building, customer service, creativity, and innovation.

Barbara is an Inscape Publishing Authorized Distributors who is certified by Inscape Publishing in the Everything DiSC® Facilitation System. This certification by Inscape Publishing provides additional credentials that demonstrate Barbara's in-depth understanding of DiSC and its applications.

Barbara is also one of only four trainers in the world to be designated as a Lifetime Certified Master Trainer in all of Edward de Bono's courses on innovation and creative thinking methods.  She was personally trained by Dr. Edward de Bono to facilitate seminars on creativity, innovation, and thinking skills. Further, she is one of 10 people in the U.S. to be designated by Dr. Edward de Bono as a "Certified de Bono Facilitator," facilitating meetings to help solve real-world issues for organizations.
