Local Clinical Hypnotherapist Launches Online Fall Mind-Body Program for Anxiety and Stress Relief
Morris, MN – August 23, 2025 — Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist Myrene Dickinson has announced the launch of a new program designed to help individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, insomnia, and unwanted habits. Drawing on her Master’s in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, CMP, CYT, and Chakra Meditation, Dickinson blends science and holistic practices to deliver lasting results.
“With so many people feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to rest, I wanted to create a program that goes beyond traditional talk therapy,” said Dickinson. “Clinical hypnotherapy works by gently guiding clients into a focused state where the subconscious mind becomes open to positive suggestions. That’s where real and lasting change begins.”
Dickinson’s new program emphasizes practical mind–body tools, including:
Hypnotherapy for insomnia, fears, and unwanted habits such as stress eating, nervous tics, and more
Cognitive Behavioral and NLP coaching for thought reframing
Meditation and somatic techniques to reduce tension and restore calm
Clients typically report improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and renewed motivation after just a few sessions.
