It has become a regional icon, providing a unique, safe and dependable transportation experience to over 550,000 passengers each year. While originally known for its airport services, the company also provides an extensive service to Boston South Station home of AMTRAK, MBTA Commuter Rail and nine other intercity bus lines.

The company employs 85 full and part time personnel, operates three full service passenger terminals and maintains its fleet of 21 MCI Motor Coaches from a state of art maintenance and storage facility. Jim Jalbert, President of the company states that, "The success of C&J can be attributed to its employees who embrace the concept of great customer service. It is more than clean coaches and passenger terminals. It is the people and the system you create to provide our passengers with the opportunity to enjoy a unique and pleasant experience."
