About

Founded in 1962 Ridge Vineyards is a historic California winery focused on single-vineyard wines produced utilizing traditional winemaking methods.  Ridge is best known for its iconic Monte Bello considered by many California’s most age worthy Cabernet, and for old-vine Zinfandel.  The winery continues to be led by Paul Draper, CEO and Head Winemaker, who first joined Ridge in 1969.  Ridge markets its wines through a wholesale channel reaching all 50 US states, internationally through an importer network covering 45 countries, and directly to consumers through its consumer branch.  In 2014, The Daily Meal named Ridge Vineyards the best winery in America.
