Riff is a music booking and artist services platform connecting local musicians with the individuals, businesses, and event planners who want to hire them. For Musicians
Riff is built by a musician, for musicians. Artists — called Riffers — create a professional profile highlighting their genre, experience, packages, and availability. From there, they can receive booking inquiries, manage their calendar, and get paid through Riff's integrated payment system, which handles deposits automatically and delivers payouts the day after a performance.
Riff offers three membership tiers designed to grow with an artist's career. Free members can create a public profile and start receiving inquiries right away. Riff Star members unlock enhanced visibility and expanded profile tools. Riff Headliner members access the platform's full feature set, including self-sourced booking links and premium placement in search results. All tiers benefit from Riff's streamlined booking and payment infrastructure.
Artists set their own home base city and performance radius, making their profiles discoverable to bookers across their region. Riff launches with statewide coverage across Texas, including Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, and surrounding communities within a 200-mile range.
For Bookers
Finding the right musician for any occasion is simple on Riff. Bookers can browse a curated marketplace of local artists across more than 58 music genres, from jazz and classical to DJ, hip hop, acoustic, country, and everything in between. Whether planning a wedding, corporate event, private party, community gathering, or intimate dinner, Riff makes it easy to discover, vet, and book the perfect artist with confidence.
Riff Lessons
Riff also offers a dedicated lessons vertical connecting students of all ages and skill levels with qualified local music instructors for private lessons. All Riff Instructors complete a background check before teaching on the platform, giving students and families added peace of mind. Lessons can be arranged for any instrument or style directly through Riff.
Founding Riffer Program
To celebrate its launch, Riff is inviting Texas musicians to become Founding Riffers. Founding Riffers receive a complimentary year of Riff Star membership and will be among the first artists featured on the platform. This is an opportunity to get in early, help shape the Riff community, and start building a booking presence before the platform opens to the public.
