About

Noticias de Nueva Esparta is a reference digital media outlet founded and directed by journalist and cultural researcher Eladio Rodulfo González alongside Juan Rodulfo. This editorial space and news portal is dedicated to documenting the insular memory, history, culture, and daily events of Nueva Esparta State and all of Venezuela.

Through a steadily growing historical archive, literary chronicles, poetry collections, and opinion pieces, the portal connects readers with Margarita Island roots and the region's most relevant contemporary events. Additionally, the platform functions as a decentralized cultural and commercial center integrating editorial services, regional research publications, multimedia resources, service agencies, and an online store focused on promoting literature, critical thinking, and social development.

Our commitment is to keep the Neo-Spartan and Venezuelan identity alive through independent, plural journalism rooted in the values of the island community and the diaspora.
