Ron Phillips (CEO and Founder) realized that there was a huge hole in the seminar industry. He had fallen into this hole at the beginning and had managed to climb out but he was one of a very few who actually made it. Only 2-3% of all seminar buyers ever successfully invested in real estate. There was a chasm between education and implementation. Ron knew it had to be bridged! He also knew that most of the people buying from the seminar companies simply wanted to successfully invest in real estate. He knew that rental properties were far easier than flipping or rehabbing and that they were safer and more stable.
In 2005 Ron began helping clients buy rental homes. Through this experience he knew there was a huge need in the market. So, in 2007 he decided that he would disrupt the seminar industry by giving education free so that people could take the $20,000 or more that they would have given the seminar company and buy a cash-flowing property instead. He knew he could further disrupt the industry by finding a way to make money without having to charge his clients one penny. Ron and his team have never charged any of their clients for their services.
